Your Funnel Clone subscription may begin with a free trial. Your subscription's free trial period lasts 7 days, or as specified differently during enrollment. For combinations with other proposals, restrictions may apply. Funnel Clone reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to determine your eligibility for free trial. We will start by billing your payment method for a monthly subscription fee at the end of the free trial period of your subscription unless you cancel before the free trial period finishes. We may approve the payment method through various methods, including authorizing a month or year of service as soon as you register. You will not be notified that your free trial period has expired or the payment portion of the subscription has started. Please contact us for more information on the basis of subscriptions. We will continue to charge your payment method on a monthly or yearly basis for your subscription fee until you cancel.

By starting your Funnel Clone subscription and providing or designating a Payment Method, you authorize us to charge you a monthly or yearly subscription fee at the then current rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Funnel Clone subscription service to your Payment Method. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month or year may vary from month to month or year to year for reasons that may include differing amounts due to promotional offers, including VIP Code redemption and promotional code redemption, and/or change or adding a plan, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed monthly or yearly in one or more charges.

The subscription fee for our service will be charged at the beginning of the payment portion of your subscription, and every month after that, unless it is to cancel your subscription. We automatically require the payment method of each month or year on the calendar day that corresponds to the beginning of the paid subscription. Subscription fees are fully inserted with a charge. We reserve the right to change our billing time. If your payment subscription started on a day not included in a given month, we may charge your payment method on the day of the appropriate month. We may confirm your payment method in anticipation of companies or service-related charges. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your Payment Method information or cancel your account (see, "Cancellation" button), you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue to charge the payment method, as it can be updated. This may result in a change in the payment billing dates. Payment method, the issuer of your payment method may charge you with a foreign transaction fee or other charges. We may adjust the price of our service at any time; we may determine our sole and absolute discretion. We’ll message you regard the price changes through your registered e-mail.

You may cancel your Funnel Clone subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Funnel Clone subscription service through the end of your monthly or yearly billing period. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH/YEAR SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS.

(I) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO Funnel Clone IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR

(II) US$100.00.
